Per un nuovo dinamismo sociale in Africa

For a New Social Dynamism in Africa. How can architecture (thanks to its capacity to transcend, connect, to look ahead) contribute to an integrated approach to the two greatest emergencies being faced by Africa: healthcare and a low level of education, in particular among women? How can it act, through a network, to create a dynamism capable of activating (in a capillary manner across the territory) processes that improve the quality of life in inland areas and slums, halting the depopulation of the former in favour of the latter? The proposal is to initiate a reflection on the possibility to imagine new spaces for education-culture – integrated, flexible, modular examples of micro-architecture capable of influencing the development of society – grafted onto health and welfare.
